From the depths of a glacier made paradise, our ice wine was born. Our Ice Wine is different; it feels different, and it tastes different. This wine was made at the expense of brutal temperatures. Starting at the break of dawn, the grapes were hand harvested and pressed frozen. The frozen grapes then released the most concentrated wine, creating an incredibly authentic Ice Wine. These Cold Climate Grapes, combined with warm sweet summers, followed by unpredictable winters, create yet another North Country Gem... our Ice Wine.Pairings
